Retail Safari joins Strikeforce AMC, creating a stronger national field marketing force

January 5, 2026

Retail Safari has entered an exciting new chapter of growth, joining forces with Strikeforce AMC, one of Australia’s most established and respected field marketing organisations.

The acquisition brings together two Australian success stories – both trusted by leading consumer brands and retailers – combining our sales and technology expertise with Strikeforce’s national scale and retail depth. Together, we’re creating a stronger, more connected network capable of delivering exceptional instore experiences and measurable results across metro and regional markets.

With a team of more than 2,000 people nationwide and a heritage and foundations stretching back nearly 100 years, Strikeforce AMC partners with many of Australia’s best-known consumer brands to drive sales growth, brand visibility and executional excellence. Its reputation for quality, reliability and innovation has made it a long-term leader in field marketing and retail activation.

For Retail Safari, joining Strikeforce marks the next step in an already strong growth story and provides an opportunity for us to scale faster, access greater resources and continue delivering outstanding results for our clients and brand partners.

Nabs Awad, Managing Director of Retail Safari, said: “Retail Safari has built its success on strong partnerships, great people and a clear focus on outcomes. Joining Strikeforce AMC allows us to build on that legacy – combining our agility and technology expertise with Strikeforce’s scale and retail experience to create even greater opportunities for our people and our clients.”

Matt Lloyd, CEO of Strikeforce AMC, added: “Strikeforce and Retail Safari are a natural fit. Both businesses share the same values and a deep commitment to delivering for our clients. This acquisition strengthens our national capability and positions us to deliver even greater impact, innovation and reach for the brands we represent.”

The acquisition coincides with the planned retirement of Group Managing Director Andrew Potter, whose leadership helped position Retail Safari for this next phase of growth. His legacy will continue to shape the business as we move forward under Strikeforce’s ownership.

While much will remain the same – the same people, leadership and client focus – this partnership gives Retail Safari the platform and resources to go further, faster.

At the same time, our sister company CPM has joined Symbos, an Australian-owned leader in customer experience and digital transformation. Together, these moves mark a new era of growth for both businesses, strengthening our ability to deliver exceptional results for clients across Australia.
